The rapid development of E-Commerce not onlygenerate huge amount of business opportunities but alsoraises a new question to the supporting platform ofE-Commerce. Nowadays, E-commerce platform design isone of the hot spot of E-commerce research. The traditional3-layered E-commerce platform can’t meet the requirementof today’s E-commerce application which is morecomplicated than before[1]. The most significantdisadvantage of today’s platform is that it can not let clientsshare the commercial data in terms of their need and theplatform is not in a form of a whole assembled software orwebpage package reflecting various kinds of need of thecustomer or providing solutions for each specific customerrequest. This paper firstly use the use case diagram toanalyze requirement of the third party E-commerceplatform and then gives a SOA based solution calledIFTPEC in which information integration ability isassembled. Then the paper analyzes its architecture andsupporting environment and discusses its informationfusion model. Finally it’s working framework and keytechnologies are presented. The implementation of thesystem can resolve these two questions and provideseffective support for integration and operation for thecomplicated and dynamic E-commerce mode.
