Enhancing Corporate Performance Management with Performatica Application

摘要

This paper presents the use of a software tool,called Performatica, to enhance Corporate PerformanceManagement (CPM) in organizations. CPM has beenrecognized as having an important role to play in theeffective management of organizations. However, a numberof researchers have identified that developing IT supportfor CPM systems can be difficult. Organization s needsclear idea of the characteristics of CPM, and clearguidelines on how to bring IT support to effective CPM.This paper demonstrates the use of Performaticaconstructed based on the concept of evolutionarydevelopment, data quality, and data warehousing. Thefeasibility and effectiveness of Performatica was evaluatedin two participatory case studies at large Thai companies.
