Service Development Research for ICT Companies Based on Service Science Analysis

摘要

Service has emerged as the major element of themodern world’s economies, especially in the ICT industry.But the theory of service science is far behind the reality.Service science should provide theoretical basis and analysisframework for the service development. Through analyzingservice science theory and current literatures, combiningICT companies’ real situation and development challenge,this paper offers several suggestions for service development,and builds the general service portfolio for ICT companies.On the other hand, this application in ICT companies willfacilitate service science innovation, education, researchapplication and development.
