The Chronic Pain Relief Effect of Oral Pregabalin in Perioperative Period on Lung Cancer Patients with Radical Resection Based on NRS Score

Lung cancer has been a serious threat to the health of our people. The most commonly used treatment is radical resection of lung cancer, but the incidence of postoperative chronic pain is higher. In order to better study the chronic pain effect of the treatment of oral pregabalin after operation, a control experiment was carried out in the First People's Hospital of a city during February 2016- February 2017. The experimental group took oral pregabalin before and after operation in accordance with the scheme, and the control group received placebo. The main outcome measures included postoperative 5D score of SNR, adverse reaction within 5d, incidence of chronic pain and NRS score within sixth months after operation. The results show that oral pregabalin has obvious relieve effect on the pain of patients with lung cancer radical surgery, reduces the incidence of chronic pain, and improves the quality of life of patients after surgery. Therefore, pregabalin drug can be used in the treatment of radical resection of lung cancer.
