In order to improve the emergency handling ability for the escaping laboratory animal, realize the safe sharing of massive experimental data and the breeding status supervision of laboratory animal, the method of laboratory animal supervision based on multiple sensors was constructed. The method includes: 1. as to all kinds of emergency escaping events of laboratory animal, the escape regulatory warning model based on the GPS collar was built. From the real-time GPS data source, the early warming indicator data were extracted and the early warning index system of animal escape was built. 2. Considering the problems of low security and difficult data sharing, the rapid data integration program of text and image animal data was researched based on the Android. The integration program can realize the fast and intelligent input of field experimental data, the real-time query of early warning information, map display and direct reporting of emergency. 3. The information sharing platform of animal escaping regulatory was constructed based on Struts2 and user permission model. 4. In order to monitor the state of in-captivity laboratory animal, the supervision method based on video processing was designed. Taking Bama pig and Wuzhishan pig at different ages as example, the method for laboratory animal supervision based on multiple sensors was tested by setting different escaping situations. The method can realize the safe management of laboratory animal breeding data, real-time supervision of escaping events and laboratory animal state monitoring in captivity.
