The Study of Network Theory: Based on the Synergetic Theory

摘要

The paper takes the viewpoint of regarding the entire network as a whole. Based on the current synergetic theory and combined with the literature of network organization, the synergy of network organizations has been studies comprehensively. The potential negative effects inside the network organization have been found out, the reasons behind these negative effects have been studied. This paper exemplifies the network organization from the view of synergetic theory, especially focuses on the performance of positive synergy effects, the cause factors and the conditions, therefore explains the doubts about the positive and negative synergy of network organization, then forms the theoretical structure of network organization synergetic theory.
