Forecast of the Employment Trend in Ningbo City Based on Radial Basis Function Network

摘要

As the social structure is undergoing profound reforms, employment situation is quite grim. In this study, based on in-depth investigations and combining the conditions of human environment, characteristics of industrial structure, and the local employment situation in recent years, the future employment trend in Ningbo City was forecast using a model established on the radial basis function (RBF) network algorithm. Based on the forecast results, some policy-related suggestions on promoting the employment of Ningbo City were presented.
