Design and Application Research of OA system for Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Management based on SQL Platform

Although there are many kinds of OA management system in the current market, the high price and the huge function do not accord with the actual demand of the small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, OA management platform based on SQL database platform for the actual needs of small and medium-sized enterprises was proposed in this paper. The theories of SQL database and OA system were described in detail in this paper, and then the actual needs of OA management system for small and medium enterprises were analyzed. The overall framework of the OA management system was constructed by using the B/S structure, and then the functional modules of the OA management system were designed according to the actual analysis results. Finally, the entire OA management system functions and system testing were carried out. The test results showed that the system was a stable operation, simple operation, high applicability of the platform and the module functions were in line with the actual needs of small and medium enterprises OA management system.
