摘要

An online detection system based on THz-TDS was developed in this research. The terahertz absorption spectrums of lemon yellow, amaranth, flour, tartaric acid, ascorbic acid, lactic acid, VB16, candesartan and rosiglitazone hydrochloride were obtained by THz time-domain spectroscopy. Substance identification was realized by least square support vector machine based on terahertz spectrum databases. Material defect detection was detected using THz time-domain spectroscopy imaging based on image process, which clearly show the location of defects within material.
