摘要

Combined fluorescence with absorbance technique, contrast fluorescence detection optical system used for microfluidic chips is proposed. By designing the optical parameters of the light splitting system and telecentric optical system, the system can be used for LIF and absorbance detection by tuning the working distance. To evaluate the performance of system, the MTF and spot are shown. Meanwhile, to further investigate the distribution of illumination, distribution of illumination on image plane and defocus plane are also calculated. These results may be helpful for designing a microfluidic detection system with improved sensitivity, enhanced detection efficiency, and lowered detection costs and is promising for offering a new method for spectrum scanning.
