摘要

The safety accidents often happen in the lathe operation processing. In order to solve the problem that the operators often forget to remove the chuck wrench when the lathe chuck in the lock, a lathe chuck wrench safety device based on the fractional algorithm and trajectory planning method is proposed in this paper. In order to improve the practicability of the lathe chuck wrench safety device, Guntermann signal controller is used as the first controller, AC motor controller with LR2430 controller is used as the second controller, TMS320DM6437ZWT6 signal processor is used as the processor and column pressure sensor is from the MOTOROLA system. The experimental results show that the lathe chuck wrench safety device controls the motor in the lathe to remove chuck wrench to drive the rotation of the lathe chuck, the proposed method can improve the overall performance.
