Study on Corn Length Automatic Grading System

摘要

Corn grading is that according to certain criteria, the corn is divided into different categories to realize unification of corn character. And at present, for the length of the corn as grading standard, that automatic classification of corn length publicly in domestic hasn’t related research literature reports. In this paper, the working principle and composition of corn length automatic grading system have been expounded; the measurement principle of the length measurement unit in the grading system has been discussed, and the theoretical formula of corn length measurement has been given; the hierarchical control principle and circuit connection structure of the automatic grading system have been described. The results show a theoretical formula of corn length measurement was obtained, and that using the corn ear length grading, grading effect was good, and easy to realize automatic control.
