Time Course of Urinary Metallothionein Excretion in Rats Exposed to Cadmium

Cadmium chloride was administered to the rats, subcutaneously, at the doses of 0, 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 mg Cd kg^-1 body weight, 5 times/week up to 3 weeks. The levels of cadmium, metallothionein and N-acetyl-?Y-D-glucosaminidase were determined in u
