Asimulationtodeterminecapacitanceofbrain'selectricalactivitybasedontwoelectrodesECVTwasconductedinthisstudy.Thisstudybeganwithconstructionof2DcoronalheadgeometrywithfivedifferentlayersandECVTsensordesign,andthenbothofthesedesignsweremerged.Afterthat,boundaryconditionswereappliedontwoelectrodesintheECVTsensor.ThefirstelectrodewasdefinedasaDirichletboundaryconditionwith20VinpotentialandanotherelectrodewasdefinedasaDirichletboundaryconditionwith0Vinpotential.SimulatedHodgkin-Huxley-basedactionpotentialswereappliedaselectricalactivityofthebrainandsequentiallywereputon3differentcross-sectionalpositions.Asthegoverningequation,thePoissonequationwasimplementedinthegeometry.Poissonequationwassolvedbyfiniteelementmethod.Thesimulationshowedthatthesimulatedcapacitancevalueswereaffectedbyactionpotentialsandcross-sectionalactionpotentialpositions...
