TheNd2Fe14BpowderhasbeenmadebyusingHighEnergyMilling(HEM)frommixedmetalpowdersIron(Fe),Neodymium(Nd)andBoron(B).TheNd,FeandBpowdersweremixedaccordingstoichiometriccomposition(atomicratioNd:Fe:B=2:14:1)andmilledandmillingtimewasvariedin10,20,and40hoursbyusingHEM.Tolueneliquidwasusedasmillingmediatoprotectofmetalpowdersfromoxygen.Themeasurementresultofx-raydiffractionshowthattheoptimumNd2Fe14Bphasealreadyformedabout69,46%aftermilling40hourswithcrystallitesizeabout25.64nm.ThemagneticpropertiesofmilledpowdersweremeasuredbyusingVSMatroomtemperature.Thehighestvalueofmagneticpropertiesareobtainedatpowdermilledin40hours,atthiscondition,itisobtainedMs=122emu/g,Mr=81emu/g,Hc=5.54kOeandBHmax=11.01MGOe...
