Usingnumericalexperimenttheone-dimensionalunsteadyprocessofheterogeneouscombustioninporousobjectunderfreeconvectionisconsideredwhenthedependenceofpermeabilityonporosityistakenintoaccount.Thecombustionisduetoexothermicreactionbetweenthefuelinthesolidporousmediumandoxidizercontainedinthegasflowingthroughtheporousobject.Inthepresentworktheprocessisconsideredundernaturalconvection,i.e.whentheflowrateandvelocityofthegasattheinlettotheporousobjectsareunknown,butthegaspressureatobjectboundariesisknown.Theinfluenceofchangingofpermeabilityduetothechangingofporosityonthesolutionisinvestigatedusingoriginalnumericalmethod,whichisbasedonacombinationofexplicitandimplicitfinite-differenceschemes.Itwasshownthattakingintoaccountthedependenceofpermeabilityonporosity,whichisdescribedbysomeknownequations,cansignificantlychangethesolutioninone-dimensionalcase.Thechangingofpermeabilityduetothechangingofporosityleadstothespeedincreasingofbothcocurrentandthecountercurrentcombustionwaves,andtothetemperatureincreasinginthecombustionzoneofcountercurrentcombustionwave...
