This paper develops an application of the ICM segmentation algorithm based on MRF to realize the rapid and accurate segmentation of TEM images of supper nanoparticles. Through the experiment, we found that it can remove the background in the images of the bridge effectively, segment and identify the particles accurately. It was concluded that the algorithm can be used to laid a solid foundation for further material analysis.
