Life-threatening upper gastrointestinal bleeding due to gastric Dieulafoy's lesion: Successful minimally-invasive management

Dieulafoy's lesion (DL) is a relatively rare, but potentially life-threatening condition. It accounts for 1-2% of acute gastrointestinal bleedings. Itsserious nature makes it necessary for early diagnosis and treatment. This is a case report of a patient who presented with life-threateninghaematemesis due to gastric Dieulafoy's that was successfully treated laparoscopically after failed endotherapy.
