We report an unusual case of simultaneous bilateralanterior glenohumeral fracture dislocation following fallfrom standing height. A 24 years old male presentedwith bilateral anterior glenohumeral dislocation with noperipheral motor, sensory or vascular deficit. Closedreduction was done for right glenohumeral dislocationand on left side open reduction and internal fixationwas done. He was placed in bilateral slings and pro-gressive and controlled mobilization was started. Thepatient was discharged and is currently under follow up.
