Primary CNS Lymphoma in Seropositive Child.

Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma(PCNSL) is an extremely rare condition inchildhood as compared to adults. It is seen inimmunocompromised patients. We report thecase of PCNSL in a child in Civil Hospital,Solapur which is a district anti-retroviral treat-ment (ART) centre. This 15 months old childpresented with focal neurological deficit. TheCT and MRI scan were suggestive of PCNSL.Stereostatic biopsy could not be done in thischild. But CSF study showed 20 cells and allwere lymphoblasts.
