摘要

It is our great pleasure to present to you the first issue of Volume 3 (2019) of Journal of Infor-mation and Telecommunication (JIT). This issue starts the third year of JIT activities. During thefirst two years (2017–2018), JIT published eight issues including 54 high-quality papers selectedin the rigorous peer-review process. All issues were published in the scheduled time, thus theregularity is well kept. The authors of published papers come from 26 countries. Thus the inter-national aspect is also significant.
