Understanding the state of an individual’s health is a complex procedure that requires simultaneous measurement of several markers. The enzyme-linked immunoSorbent assay (ELISA) method gener-ally used to perform blood tests requires many samples, and antigen-antibody reactions take a long time. We have developed a plastic chip that simultaneously achieves sandwich ELISA protocols of multiple targets in one channel. This chip leads to a reduction in both the sample quantity and the in reaction time.
