Objective: To study the correlation of NSE and ProGRP levels in patients with small celllung cancer (SCLC) before and after chemotherapy with cancer cell apoptosis caused bychemotherapy. Methods: Patients with SCLC accepting EP chemotherapy in our hospitalbetween August 2014 and October 2016 were selected, serum was collected beforechemotherapy and after 3 cycles of chemotherapy respectively to determine NSE and ProGRPlevels, the quartile of serum NSE and ProGRP levels after chemotherapy were referred todivide the patients into NSE and ProGRP-1 group, -2 group, -3 and -4 group from low tohigh; tumor lesions were collected to determine apoptosis molecule mRNA expression.Results: After chemotherapy, serum NSE and ProGRP levels of patients with SCLC weresignificantly lower than those before chemotherapy, and Fas, FasL, Caspase-8, Caspase-3,pULK and PI3KC3 mRNA expression in tumor lesion were significantly higher than thosebefore chemotherapy; Fas, FasL, Caspase-8, Caspase-3, pULK and PI3KC3 mRNA expressionin lesions of NSE and ProGRP-1 group, -2 group and -3 group were significantly higher thanthose of NSE and ProGRP-4 group, Fas, FasL, Caspase-8, Caspase-3, pULK and PI3KC3mRNA expression in lesions of NSE and ProGRP-1 group and -2 group were significantlyhigher than those of NSE and ProGRP-3 group, and Fas, FasL, Caspase-8, Caspase-3, pULKand PI3KC3 mRNA expression in lesions of NSE and ProGRP-1 group were significantlyhigher than those of NSE and ProGRP-2 group. Conclusion: Serum NSE and ProGRP levelsdecrease significantly in patients with small cell lung cancer after chemotherapy, and they areclosely related to the cancer cell apoptosis caused by chemotherapy.
机译:目的:探讨小细胞肺癌(SCLC)化疗前后NSE和ProGRP水平与化疗引起的癌细胞凋亡的相关性。方法:选择2014年8月至2016年10月我院接受EP化疗的SCLC患者,在化疗前和化疗3个周期后分别收集血清,测定NSE和ProGRP水平,将化疗后血清NSE和ProGRP水平的四分位数分为两组。从低到高分为NSE和ProGRP-1组,-2组,-3和-4组;结果:化疗后,SCLC患者血清NSE和ProGRP水平明显低于化疗前,且Fas,FasL,Caspase-8,Caspase-3,pULK和PI3KC3 mRNA表达均明显低于化疗前。肿瘤病灶的发生率明显高于化疗前; NSE和ProGRP-1组,-2组和-3组病变中Fas,FasL,Caspase-8,Caspase-3,pULK和PI3KC3 mRNA表达明显高于NSE和ProGRP-4组,Fas,FasL,Caspase -8,NSE和ProGRP-1组和-2组病变中Caspase-3,pULK和PI3KC3mRNA的表达明显高于NSE和ProGRP-3组以及Fas,FasL,Caspase-8,Caspase-3,pULKand NSE和ProGRP-1组皮损中PI3KC3 mRNA的表达明显高于NSE和ProGRP-2组。结论:化疗后小细胞肺癌患者血清NSE和ProGRP水平明显降低,与化疗引起的癌细胞凋亡密切相关。
