Objective: To study the effects of bifidobacterium-containing enteral nutrition interventionon the nutritional status and intestinal flora disturbance in patients with the severe cerebralinfarction. Methods: 88 patients with severe cerebral infarction who were treated in DeyangSecond People’s Hospital between March 2014 and October 2016 were collected and dividedinto control group and observation group according to the random number table, controlgroup received routine enteral nutrition intervention, and the observation group receivedbifidobacterium-containing enteral nutrition intervention. The nutritional status, intestinalmucosa function and intestinal flora distribution before and after nutritional interventionwere compared between the two groups of patients. Results: Before intervention, differencesin the nutritional status, intestinal mucosa function and intestinal flora distribution were notstatistically significant between two groups of patients. After intervention, peripheral bloodlevels of nutritional status indexes Hb, TP, ALB, PA and TF in observation group were higherthan those in control group; serum levels of intestinal mucosal barrier function indexesDAO and D-lactate were lower than those in control group; the number of bifidobacteriumand lactobacillus in feces were larger than those in control group while the number ofenterobacteria and enterococcus were smaller than those in control group. Conclusion:Bifidobacterium-containing enteral nutrition intervention can enhance the nutritional status,optimize the intestinal mucosa function and reduce the intestinal flora disturbance in patientswith severe cerebral infarction.
机译:目的:研究含双歧杆菌肠内营养干预对重度脑梗死患者营养状况和肠道菌群紊乱的影响。方法:收集2014年3月至2016年10月在德阳市第二人民医院接受治疗的88例重度脑梗死患者,根据随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,对照组接受常规肠内营养干预,观察组接受双歧杆菌。包含肠内营养干预。比较两组患者营养干预前后的营养状况,肠黏膜功能和肠道菌群分布。结果:干预前,两组患者的营养状况,肠粘膜功能和肠道菌群分布差异无统计学意义。干预后,观察组患者外周血营养状况指标Hb,TP,ALB,PA,TF均高于对照组。血清肠黏膜屏障功能指标DAO和D-乳酸水平低于对照组。粪便中双歧杆菌和乳酸杆菌的数量大于对照组,而肠杆菌和肠球菌的数量则少于对照组。结论:含双歧杆菌的肠内营养干预可改善重度脑梗死患者的营养状况,优化肠道粘膜功能,减少肠道菌群紊乱。
