Objective: To study the effect of Tegafur Gimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule + Kangaiinjection + intensity-modulated radiation therapy on the cellular malignant biological processesin advanced cervical cancer lesion. Methods: Patients who were diagnosed with advancedcervical cancer in the Second People Hospital of Banan District Chongqing between April2015 and March 2017 were selected and divided into two groups, group A received TegafurGimeracil Oteracil Potassium Capsule + Kangai injection + intensity-modulated radiationtherapy, and group B received cisplatin + intensity-modulated radiation therapy. Serumcontents of tumor markers, tumor invasion molecules and tumor proliferation molecules oftwo groups of patients were detected before treatment as well as 2 weeks and 4 weeks aftertreatment. Results: Serum E-cad, STMN1, Fas and p53 levels of both groups of patients 2weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment whileTSGF, TK1, SCC-Ag, CA125, OPN, MMP9, NGAL, CyclinE, CyclinD1 and PCNA levelswere significantly lower than those before treatment, and serum E-cad, STMN1, Fas and p53levels of group A 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly higher than those ofgroup B while TSGF, TK1, SCC-Ag, CA125, OPN, MMP9, NGAL, CyclinE, CyclinD1 andPCNA levels were significantly lower than those of group B. Conclusion: Tegafur GimeracilOteracil Potassium Capsule + Kangai injection + intensity-modulated radiation therapy foradvanced cervical cancer can induce cancer cell apoptosis and inhibit cancer cell proliferationand invasion.
机译:目的:研究替加氟吉美拉西尔子宫钾胶囊+康乃注射液+调强放射疗法对晚期宫颈癌病变细胞恶性生物学过程的影响。方法:选择2015年4月至2017年3月在重庆市巴南区第二人民医院诊断为晚期宫颈癌的患者,分为两组,A组接受替加氟吉米拉索奥太昔钾胶囊+康艾注射液+调强放射治疗,B组接受顺铂+调强放射治疗。在治疗前以及治疗后2周和4周检测两组患者的血清肿瘤标志物,肿瘤侵袭分子和肿瘤增殖分子的含量。结果:治疗后2周和4周,两组患者的血清E-cad,STMN1,Fas和p53水平均显着高于治疗前,而TSGF,TK1,SCC-Ag,CA125,OPN,MMP9,NGAL,CyclinE,CyclinD1 PCNA水平明显低于治疗前,治疗后2周和4周,A组血清E-cad,STMN1,Fas和p53水平明显高于B组,而TSGF,TK1,SCC-Ag,CA125,OPN ,MMP9,NGAL,CyclinE,CyclinD1和PCNA的水平均显着低于B组。结论:替加氟吉美拉昔曲康钾胶囊+康艾注射液+调强放射疗法治疗宫颈癌可以诱导癌细胞凋亡,抑制癌细胞的增殖和侵袭。
