Objective: To study the correlation between CT perfusion parameters of non-small cell lungcancer and angiogenesis, cell proliferation as well as tumor load. Methods: Patients diagnosedwith non-small cell lung cancer in our hospital between May 2012 and December 2015 wereselected, CT perfusion was used to measure the blood volume (BV), blood flow (BF) andtime to peak (TTP) of lung cancer lesions and unaffected-side lung tissue, and the lung cancertissue and para-carcinoma tissue were collected to determine the expression of angiogenesisand cell proliferation molecules. Results: BV and BF of non-small cell lung cancer tissuewere significantly higher than those of unaffected-side lung tissue while TTP was significantlyshorter than that of unaffected-side lung tissue; PCDGF, bFGF, FGFR, VEGF, VEGFR, TCF3,Skp2, Livin and Survivin expression in non-small cell lung cancer tissue were significantlyhigher than those in para-carcinoma tissue, positively correlated with BV and BF, andnegatively correlated with TTP. Conclusion: CT perfusion parameters BV, BF and TTP areclosely related to the expression of angiogenesis molecules and cell proliferation molecules innon-small cell lung cancer lesions, and are valuable for the assessment of angiogenesis and cellproliferation.
