摘要

A metal perfluorophthalocyanines compound NiPcF16 was synthesized and characterized .The energy gap and electron energy level s w ere studied by UV vis absorption and cyclicvoltammetry mathods. T he measurement results indicated that the NiPcF16 compound embodies low LUMO level for electron injection . Thermal analysis showed the compoundhas excellent thermal stability with decompositio n temperature abo ut 4 00 o C. Thedual layer photoreceptor containing oxotitanium phthalocyanine (TiOP C ) as the chargegeneration material (CGM) and NiPcF16 as the charge transportation material (CTM) wasfabricated The photosensitivity measurement show ed that the NiPcF16 compound was apromising electron transportation material in organic optoelectronic fields.
