摘要

Novel isoxazole analogues of Rosuvastatin compounds (14a-j) were synthesized by the cyclisation of allyl compounds with substituted pyrimidine oxime using chloromine-T in multiple steps. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro antmicrobial and antiinflammatory activity. Some of the newly synthesized compounds showed good antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory activities.
