Halo neurofibroma mimicking halo nevus clinically and pathologically: A?new case and literature review

A 20-year-old woman presented to our dermatology clinic witha nearly 1-year-history of insidious and gradual asymptomaticdepigmentation changes surrounding a central “nevus”. Accordingto the patient's description, this central “nevus” had been a deepcoffee color since her childhood. She denied having a history of previous trauma and a personal history of inflammatory skin disordersor any other autoimmune disorders. Additionally, she had no familyhistory of a similar condition, or a history of skin cancer or any othergenetic or autoimmune disorder.
