Thispaperexaminesthedomainofdigitalreferenceservicesforandbytheprimaryandsecondaryeducationcommunity.Dataisprovidedtodemonstratethecurrentunderstandingofeducationquestiontypesandeducationusersindigitalreference.Itisbelievedthisdatawillbeofwideutilityfordigitallibrarybuildersgearedtowardprimaryandsecondaryusers(K-12)suchastheInternationalChildren'sDigitalLibrary[1]andtheNationalScienceDigitalLibrary[2].
