The article is dedicated to the most important regional geostrategic priorities of the Rus?sian Federation in the last decade of the 20th century. The author focuses on unique quali?ties of the Russian geopolitical transformation. The article analyses the correlation be?tween western and eastern directions of the Russia foreign policy.
