A 37-year-old man with alcoholic pancreatitiscomplicated by pancreatic pseudocyst underwentendoscopic cystgastrostomy with an AXIOS 15-mmlumen-apposing metal stent (Boston Scientific, Marlborough, Mass) (Fig. 1A and B). Seven weeks later thepatient was hospitalized because of hematemesisand melena.
