Forty-eight cases (1.4 percent) underwent the colonoscopy because of the diverticular bleeding. The bleeding area was recognized 8 cases in the right colon, 15 cases in the left colon. 25 cases were unknown. In 12 cases (25 percent) the bleeding points were confirmed via colonoscopy. The bleeding in 11 cases was controlled by the endoscopic clipping method. A case, was not able to, had the sigmoidectomy. In the 36 cases the bleeding point, was not confirmed, were carried out the conservative treatment. Rebleeding occurred on 3 cases in conservative treatment group within 10 days.
