Crystal Structure of 2-S-(1′-Deoxy-2′,3′:4′,5′-di-O-isopropylidene-font size=-1D/font,font size=-1L/font-xylit-1′-ylthio)-3-methylquinoxaline

摘要

The single-crystal structure of 2-S-(1′-deoxy-2′,3′:4′,5′-di-O-isopropylidene- size=-2>D, size=-2>L-xylit-1′-ylthio)-3-methylquinoxaline (C₂₀H₂₆N₂O₄S) was determined at 293 K and refined to R1 = 0.0510 and wR2 = 0.1514 for 5083 observed reflections. This crystal is orthorhombic, Pna2₁ with Z = 8. Two molecules constitute the asymmetric unit. The unit-cell dimensions are: a = 14.590(3)Å, b = 9.672(2)Å, c = 28.074(5)Å and V = 3964(2)Å3.
