摘要

The article deals with modelling and control of preheating of mechatronics foundry mold as asystem with distributed parameters. At the beginning of article the fundamental structures ofdistributed parameters systems are described. The mechatronics foundry mold and simulation modelof it in COMSOL Multiphysics are described in the next part of article. Article also described thesystem identification of mold by using the process responses in MATLAB Identification Toolbox.Subsequently deals with the simulation control loop by using DPS Blockset for MATLAB &Simulink
