Explore innovative methods and practical applications of product service system design. Reconstruct the product service system based on behavior and functionality. Taking the household water purifier as an example, the concept design of the water purifier is obtained through the methods of demand and value analysis, activity design, function modeling, functional activity mapping, etc., and the pain points in the installation process are solved. This paper provides a new solution for exploring the product service system of household water purifiers.
