摘要

In this paper, we will establish an Eco-efficiency evaluation index system which is based on the characteristicsof the steel industry. Using the principal component analysis to eliminate the impact of the evaluation, reduce the workloadof the selection of indicators, and establish the DEA model of the iron and steel industry Eco-efficiency. Finally, wetest and verify the effectiveness of this method through simulating the date of the 10 iron and steel companies of Tangshan.by using the MATLAB software.
