摘要

The main objective of this paper is to analyze some business units with field activity in the trade and production business in Cluj-Napoca city, in order to observe the implementation degree of the HACCP system, namely the ISO 9001 standard, or if they are willing to implement this standard. Conducting the necessary investigation and collecting the necessary information took place for over 6 weeks and the research instrument that was used was the questionnaire. Following the research undertaken it was noted that most of the studied units with field activity in food business have implemented the HACCP system and know what this system represents, its importance and benefits.
