Trifolium hatschbachii (Fabaceae, Papilionoideae), a new species from Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay

Trifolium hatschbachii, which is similar to Trifolium polymorphum and T. riograndense, isdescribed as a new species. The new species differs from these in its glabrous foliage, from the former byits lack of cleistogamous flowers, and from the latter by its lack of bracts subtending the inflorescences.It is known from several populations in Argentina, Brazil, and Paraguay.
