Soluble Interleukin 2 Receptor (Sil-2r), A Useful Prognostic Marker In Haemophagocytic Lymphohistocytosis

Survival in Wilms tumour(WT) is excellent, even in resourcelimited settings. However,depending on the treatment received, there isvarying burden of late toxicities including cardiac and renal dysfunc-tion.There is very little data on survivors of WT from India.Method: Weanalyzed all 5-year survivors ofnon-syndromic,unilateralWTenrolled in the After Completion of Therapy(ACT)Clinic of our unit, whohad received doxorubicin based chemotherapy.Demographic, treatmentand follow-up details were extracted from the prospectively maintaineddatabase. Late effects were graded as per National Cancer Institute Com-mon Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI CTCAEv4.03).
