Perfection of Independent Work of Students as Condition of Efficiency of the Module-Credit Departmental Teaching

Relying on the experience in organization of students' independent work and on the analysis of curricula at Ukrainian teachers' training establishments of various types, the author estimates correlation between the number of hours allotted for psychological- pedagogical courses and the volume of independent work correspondently. Particular attention has been given to possible ways of appropriate organization of independent work of future specialists.
