Haploidentical Stem Cell Transplantation With Post Transplant Cyclophosphamide In Wiskott Aldrich Syndrome – A CASE REPORT

Wiskott Aldrich syndrome (WAS) is charac-terised by microthrombocytopenia, eczema and immunodeficiency. He-matopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) is the only curative modality oftreatment. But with decreased family size, donor availability is an issue.Here we describe a child with WAS who was successfully treated withHaploidentical HSCT.
