The paper is devoted to one of the basic problems of a physical aftertreatment of sportsmen of game and difficultly coordination aspects of sports - traumas of a knee joint. Analysis of existing programs of an after treatment after rehabilitation of a forward cruciform sheaf is lead. The complex of medical physical training for regeneration of locomotions of a knee joint designed. Results of effect of an author's complex of medical physical training on regeneration of motility of a knee joint are reduced. The procedure in comparison with existing allows more effectively and for more short term of an after treatment to restore motility of a knee joint.
