The program-purpose approach as optimum condition of managements during inculcation of modern technologies in Higher Education

摘要

The question of management of high educational establishment with application of programmatic-objective approach exposed in this article. Using of programmatic-objective management establishment during introduction credit- module system of organization of educational process shaved in this article. The programs, which are using for achievement of purpose at different levels of their development and realization in particular, in general university, faculty (institute), group (department) and personality, that enabled considerably to optimize professional preparation of future teachers of physical culture.
