The Moving Gifts Measuring and Estimation in Line with Metrology and Muscular Activity Physiology

摘要

The article suggests the tests for estimate of man's moving function on different stages of ontogenesis in basis of critical analysis of State tests with taking into account the measurement theory and muscle activities' physiology. Optimum programs of testing should be developed extremely from biological items with allowance for regularities of development and an involution of motorial functions on each of stages of an ontogenesis. Tests should be simple and standardized, not labour-consuming, not demanding special learning, uniform for all age-grades of the population, to conform the requirements of metrology.
