Problems, related to the search of optimum ways of determination of individual capabilities of students of technical institute of higher, are examined in the article. The computer program of testing of individual capabilities of students is resulted. The program allows quickly and maximally comfort to pass testing and instantly to get results from all group of examinee. The storage of all datas under tests for the uniform server grants maximum safety of protection of datas, convenience of their collecting, realization of statistics.
