Preparation of Teachers to Innovational Activity in a Higher Educational Institution

The generalizations upon the problems of theory and practice of innovative educational work in institute of higher education are drawn in the article. It's noted that innovative pedagogic actions has structural parts: initiating the changes in educational targets according to principles of Bologna trial, the integration of educational process, personalization of methodical providing.
