Procedure of perfecting technique of fulfilment of elements with a skipping rope without visual monitoring at a stage of base specialized preparation

Features of technical readiness in art gymnastics at a stage of specialized base preparation are considered. Programs of perfecting of engineering of performance of exercises without visual monitoring has enabled to increase merit numbers of performance of exercises with a skipping rope and a level of psychologic emotional stability. The tendency to more and more early specialization in art gymnastics is observed. The continuous increasing complexity of competitive exercises puts before a science a problem on necessity of the further researches in increase of effi cacy of technical readiness of sportsmen.
