Professiogram of the head of trade-union organization (aspect of administrative culture)

In the article it is presented professiogram of the head of the trade-union organization, qualities that should be generated in the course of improvement of professional skills and conversion training, drawing up process of professiogram and psychogram and their value for training process. By results of questionnaire, the important role of administrative culture in professional work of the modern head of the trade-union organization is defined. Different techniques and approaches of drawing up professiogram and psychogram, as its compound are opened.
