[C2H5O)4Si+PVP]/[SnCl4+PVP]/[Ti(OC4H9)4+CH3COOH+PVP]precursorcompositefibershavebeenfabricatedthroughself-madeelectrospinningequipmentviaelectrospinningtechnique.SiO2/SnO2/TiO2compositenanofiberswereobtainedbycalcinationoftherelevantprecursorcompositefibers.Thesampleswerecharacterizedbythermogravimetric-differentialthermalanalysis(TG-DTA),X-raydiffractometry(XRD),Fouriertransforminfraredspectroscopy(FTIR),andScanningelectronmicroscopy(SEM).Resultsshowedthattheprecursorcompositefibersareamorphousinstructure,andpurephaseSiO2/SnO2/TiO2compositenanofibersareobtainedbycalcinationoftheprecursorcompositefibersat800?`900??for8h.Thesurfaceofprecursorcompositefibersissmooth,andsolvents,organiccompoundsandinorganicintheprecursorcompositefibersaredecomposedandvolatilizedtotally,andthemassofthesamplekeptconstantwhensinteringtemperaturewasabove800ordm;C,andthetotalmasslosspercentageis80%.
